Can't transfer an (originally IAP) subscription between devices

I followed the instructions, registering an account and logging in first the original device with the subscription and then the other device. The account and the second device still show "free edition."

How did you purchase your subscription - Google Play or Apple iOS? What's your device ID (from the bottom of the Settings tab in the app)? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
